How It Works

SVAI works with legal entities under contractual terms.

If you plan to work with us as a legal entity registered in Ukraine, you first need to place an order on our website.

After placing the order, you can either generate an invoice for payment yourself or send us a request to issue the invoice.

After we receive your payment, we will prepare the certificate of completed works (services), the contract, and the original invoice and send them to your postal address. After receiving them, you should sign these documents on your side and return our copies to the address attached to those documents. The hosting account access details will be sent to your email address.

Important Notes

All information about the order and further cooperation is sent to the email address specified during registration. This address is also included in the contract text, so it is better to provide the company’s working email address or the manager’s email address during registration.

When registering an order, be sure to enter the company and manager details, because the owner of the account is the person specified during registration. You should not use the details of a system administrator, website developer, or any other third party, because if the administrator changes or cooperation with the developer ends, transferring the account to the actual owner may become problematic.
