Privacy Policy

The SVAI.NET domain name registration service respects its clients’ rights to privacy and confidentiality of personal information.

Personal Information

The domain name registration process requires personal information about the prospective holder of rights to a domain name. Data that identifies the user is public and may be published in publicly available sources, including public internet services such as WHOIS and UANIC.

At the same time, information related to commercial cooperation between the client and the service, including the number of registered domain names, payment amounts, terms and conditions of order fulfillment, logins and passwords for domain name management, is confidential. This information is not sold or transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except where disclosure is made on the basis of a court or arbitration court decision.

Purpose of Using Personal Information

Personal information is collected to make it possible to provide the service to the Client.

Protection of Personal Information

SVAI.NET takes preventive measures, including administrative, technical and physical safeguards, to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

The service uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected. To use the service, you must use a browser that supports SSL encryption. This protects the confidentiality of your information while it is transmitted over the Internet.

The service is not responsible for password loss by the client or for information leakage caused by the client. The service is also not responsible for information leakage caused by improper operation of third-party software, protocols or other technical tools used while providing the services.

Information Retention

The service retains your information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When you visit the website, the service may use cookies, which are small technical files stored in your browser or on your device. Cookies help keep the website working correctly, remember user preferences and make interaction with the service more convenient.

Partner Information

Information or advertising materials from service partners may be published on the service website.

We aim for such information to be of high quality and useful to our clients. However, the service cannot be responsible for the content of such information or for partners’ privacy policies.
