Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, as a client of the SVAI.NET service, give my consent to the processing of my personal data, including its collection, storage, systematization, modification, deletion, use, distribution, depersonalization and blocking.

The purpose of using personal data and its further processing is to enable the client to receive services provided by the service.

The service undertakes to process the client’s personal data in strict accordance with Ukrainian personal data protection legislation.

The client agrees that the Registrar may depersonalize personal data for the purpose of transferring it, including cross-border transfer, to other participants of the domain name registration market.

The client also agrees that the Registrar may transfer this data to other participants of the domain name registration market in non-depersonalized form.

Consent to personal data processing may be withdrawn by sending a relevant written instruction to the service. The client agrees that such withdrawal may lead to the following consequences:

• refusal by the service to provide services because performance is impossible without the specified data;
• deletion of the domain name if it cannot be maintained without such data being available to the service.

By this consent, the client instructs the Service, as Registrar, to publish personal data in the databases of relevant services in open access on the Internet where necessary for the operation of services, systems and domains.

The client agrees that personal data may be transferred to another Registrar or public domain Administrator if the operation requires identifying the client as the domain name holder.

The client’s rights regarding personal data are defined by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
